Question french langage
on Hydra i would like to install french langage.

i download lang_fr.tar.gz from hydra (manually) because with c panel do'nt work
i uncompressed it in /tmp/

and after ????
it has created /fr/LC_MESSAGES/ withe 3 files

are they in the correct dir...?

a have no longer the french langage..
