Using a legit Canal Satellite card in DB7000S

I have a legit canal Satellite 19.2E card that I would like to use in my DB7000S. I use the Rucannon4 and already get almost all channels but what the heck, I have a paid subcription and would rather do without the Canal Satelilite box. What should I do? I do the Radegast in both card readers with no success. Any advice?

Thanks

JP

Same for me...

.... I have a couple of legit cards, one being C+Digitaal and the Dreambox does not like them for some reason. I am using SF image and have tried both slots (chip down of course) with various emu's and still no joy. I continue to use them successfully in my Force but cannot record to HDD on that!

Using a legit Canal Satellite card in DB7000S (continued)

Thanks to those who answered and especially to Gray: He thought he was mentioning the obvious when he said "chip down of course"! Well, since on the Canal Sat box, the chip is up, I had put it the same way in my DB. Just tried putting the card upside doing and, cigar!, it works with the Radegast emu. To those of you who don't succeed using such a card, I am using Rucannon4 which I highly recommend.

Thanks again, I have never enjoyed my DB so much!

I highly recommend last hydra image.
Gray and jpdarcis are right, insert your card upside down. If you open the box, you can see the card reader under the slot.
Then config radegast emu and select Radegast emu in emuselekta config. It work's fine this way.

Have fun

Sorry, I have forgot one detail.
I couldn't use the card in a blue LCD box.
It works fine in an orange LCD box.
I don't what is the difference between those two boxes.

Good luck

There is a difference of two resistors of 10K behind the cardreaders that are 2K2 in newer versions.

Thank you robb!
I believe what you say as if it is words from God.
For sure, C* card doesn't work in a blue LCD DB.
