Problem with dreamup

I am facing a problem with dreamup.
When i am pressing connect bottom to program my box by null modem cable it says switch on the dream box. When i am switching on it says "got start sequence, starting upload but nothing is happening and dream multimedia logo friezes on LCD.
I would appreciate your assistance in advance
