Dreambox, XBMC & VDR dream

I am looking to create a system using Dreambox, XBMC & a VDR machine. I want to store all video on the VDR server & allow access & play the videos on all of the machines. So I could use say the XBMC to play stuff recorded from the Dreambox or from VDR. I am sure you know what I mean.

Has anybody had any success trying to do any of the above. I can access the files no problem but cannot seem to be able to play them.

Make sure you have the file extension in the XboxMediaCenter.xml
e.g. <videoextensions>.nsv|.ty|.nfo|.strm|.ts|.rm|.rmvb |.m3u|
I added .ts for transport stream of dreambox

Is there any way to change the audio stream to select another language from within XBMC.

Do the .ts files play OK on the XBMC, mine seem to freeze every few secounds.

The files play perfectly without any juddering at all. All I need to do is change the audio stream and I will be there.
