Can 7025+ drive 720p signal also?

Dear Board.

This might be a stupid question, nevertheless.

Can Dreambox 7025 drive 720p signal also? The system does have selection wheater to drive RGB / komponent signal and also with Videomode plugin there are selection to 1080i. What system setting layout must there be to make this work?

Forexample Xbox1: If box is in PAL video mode, component signal does NOT drive 480/720/1080 but is you set the videoMode for native NTSC then you have to select whater to to use 720p? RGB cable does not do this.

7025 can decode 720p no problem, but it down converts it to ntsc or pal SD

ok, but can the DreamBox's RamDAC drive 720p out to the TV Set physically? Drivers are different matter and can be recoded, HW can not be chanced. Naturally the demux units must pull the possible received halfHD stream down in order to produce PAL (576i) / NTSC (480i) signals..
