Problem with USB stick multiboot

I have just received my new db7025s. I installed the Gemini2 3.1 on the flash and now i am trying to install some other images on a usb stick for multibooting. I am using the Flash Wizard 6.3 but when i try to format the stick is giving me the error "unable to format and mount the usb stick". I have used 2 different usb sticks with the same result. The first stick is Verbatin store'n'go 128MB and the other Kingston DataTraveler 1GB.
Any ideas where the problem is

Dude, flashwizard doesn't work with dreambox 7025. Instead, try gutemine's Barry Allen which does exact same thing.

My experiuence is that it is better to use a CF memory with a dreambox 7025 than USB. regards and Merry X-mass

I' ve managed to install 2 additional images on the usb stick with Barry Allen.
But when i boot from the usb i don't have any channels. Is there a way to copy the settings from the image installed on the flash to the images on the usb stick?

Yes, for some reason barry doesn't copy channel lists. You could copy them with dreamboxcontrolcenter, or by hand in a telnet-session.

From telnet, copy the contents from /etc/enigma2/* to /media/cf/ba/image-name/etc/enigma2
