Deinterlace on 7025

I have a 46" LCD TV and Dreambox 7025 connected via RGB and there's a clearly visible sawtooth on fast-motion scenes. I assume that Dreambox just feeds out an interlaced picture to the TV, which is then scales it to 1920x1080p.. The result is devastating - blocky sawtoothed picture, which can be OK if you sit 5 metres away from the screen, but not any closer. I think bob/weave deinterlacing or field blending can be done thru plugin inside Dreambox if CPU can cope with this task? Or somebody can suggest a different solution? Many thanks!
