Dreambox 7025 power supply heating

My 7025 is very hot on power supply box side. Looks very poor supply efficiency. Did someone see schematic diagram of it?

I found more solutions which use fan or fans to cool box. I thing ti should not make reliability much more better. Probably it could make beter environment for HDD.

Source of heat energy is mainly transformer and semiconuctors. Transformer wires isolation could be close of maximum working temperature.
Working frequency 60 kHz looks very high.

HDD is relatively cool main problem is power supply.

It is what I found. Please help.

Re: Dreambox 7025 power supply heating

OK thanks.

I changed one power supply changer working frequency down and replace 3,5 HDD for 2,5 HDD. It is definitely better. But rectifier cooler is still very hot.

Notebook HDD looks as easy partial solution. There is machanical fastening problem only.
