My Dreambox is dead

Switched back from Colosseum 1.3 to Gemini, this time 1.80. The box worked fine for a couple of days, and today the screen went black and it won't boot up. I tried flashing a new firmware, t went well, but still the box doesn't boot up. The LCD display has Dream Multimedia and 'flash linux' displayed, but no boot line. I've unplugged HDD, but the same thing happens.

HyperTerminal otputs this:

What does this mean? Is the box gone? Is there a flash erase image available for DM 7025?

un plug everything from the back then re conect it all and reflash Alias 1 thanks for that it was very helpfull.it happened to me and i did it this way hope it works the best image is 1.7 gemini 1.8 to many bugs.

I run colosseum on the 7025 I have works fine

what do you mean? the original from dream multimedia? did that, same thing.

took the dvbt tuner out, and now i'm able to connect to it via hyper terminal and i can access bios, but still no luck with booting. one of the messages that apppeared when bios was starting was 'no valid boot source found. press any key to enter setup.hecksum errorh/bootlogo.elf+++++'. what should i do?

there 's an option 'Flash Sector Recovery' in bios. what's that for? should i use it?

take a look if this is yet on warranty. If it is, take it back to the shop if you can.
If you can´t, try reflashing with latest original image
