7025 version 2

Hello fellow dreamboxers

I have read that Dream Multimedia were making some "minor hardware improvements" to the 7025 and that the new version 2 was released last month.

Is it true that the hardware of the 7025s that started shipping in August is different than the older ones?

If true, then how is it better that the old one?

Also, if the shop I am buying from has both old and new stock, how can I tell the difference between both? Is it possible to know from the serial number?

latest DM500 is revision 7.0 and I bet no one has realized that
your question is obsolete; it's running production changes and not to worry about
the new oled changes for dm7025 have been delayed until next year I was told at IFA in Berlin
this one is not to worry about

Suppose it is easy to check if 7025 in shop is new revision. If the power supply is the same heat like first 7025, the box is old.
