DM600 No boot

Hi all, if you can help me please;

i tired to update my new DM600 with Gemini. i used telnet to make my box in stop mode using the following commands:
mount /boot -o remount,rw
rm /boot/*
reboot

the box restared but got blocjed with no image in screen, just the red and green LEDs blinking.
i could not continue the flashing procedure from the browser, i'm sure about the box IP adress. no ping.
and when using dreamUp, i get this message with no "flash" button activated:
Found injectable DCA at pos 219845

can anyone help me please.

have a look in your router for the ip address

my pc is directly connected to the box. i used telnet for the above commands..means connection and IP are Ok.
