DM7020 out & Space Invaders!

First of all hello to everybody.

It's my first time here in your Site and i have to say that it's really full of useful arguments.

Now it's my time to write for having help.

This is the problem:

yesterday i was loading an image (Neutrino) on USB stick on my DM7020Si and when i rebooted the machine nothing happened.

I mean, NO TV signal, NO info on the orange display of 7020 but...after 5 minutes on the little display appeared "Space Invaders"...?!?!?!?

Nothing happens if I try to start pressin the arrow buttons.

Please help 'cause there is nothing I can do with infos I know about DreamBox.

I need desperately hope to see my DM "reborning" without shipping it to Customer Service.

If you put Gemini 3.60 in flash and Neutrino on usb it works. I use this and there is no problem running Neutrino.

I had to send my box back to Germany because of the same fault.
But thats another dreambox saga............

Sounds like you loaded a wrong image not for 7020... bin there done that..

Turn off unit, hold the two left buttons on the left side of the screen and turn unit on. Now it will boot and you can load via network..

Watch what the IP address is when it boots, I assume you are running the unit connected to DHCP? and with your web browser on your computer go to that address, one of your options there will be to load a new image... navigate to a correct immage on your computer and load....

just make sure it is a 7020 image you are loading.
