Dream Multimedia fixed the network problem in the new 7020 boxes by replacing two capacitors for two other ones with more capacity.
THX to Sat-Turner, who found this out on the Dream forum on which capacitors this deals...
It are the C5906 and C5907, two SMD capacitors nearby the ASIX chip.
Refering to the datasheet it are components who buffer the 3.3 volt for the transceiver and PLL. Refering to the datasheet they should have a value of 4u7 but the ones who DMM used in the past have a much to low value.

PieterG tried this out in his own 7020 box by replacing the originals with an 4u4 version, 4u7 is the ideal value but even with an 2u2 the problems vanished.
He is getting now 4MB/s with a switch who before only gets 0.5MB/s.
If you have an "older" 7020 box and having network problems just contact your local dreambox dealer to solve this problem.
