modem on 7020

What kind of modem is the one in 7020 ?
The manual says that with it you can connect to T-COM (a German T-DSL provider - what is T-DSL anyway I only know ADSL ) but it requires a DSL modem for that (so what the modem inside dreambox does) ?

Can it be used to connect to the internet with an analog or isdn (to analog)
line so we can use satellite internet without pc ?
