Dreambox 7020s problem

I switched off the dreambox last night and when i tried today to switch it back on , the monitor shows nothing inside just the light.
Anyone knows what might that be ?

Try to start with a Recovery Image recorded in a Compact Flash.

This method is explained in the official place of Dreambox.
