Experts need help 7020 blanck lcd and no channels

experts i need advise i have 7020 with 160 gb hdd,
2 days ago my db stuck suddenly i was watching tv , so i restart my db manually , but when it boot up lcd was blanck and no channel was comming, as look as my db is off but lcd was working ,but blanck i did restart 10 times but nothing then i left it for 10 min without power and all ok, i was running hydra,
todays i i was running original img 3.3 05 an dgemini mod,
again same thing happened db stuck and i restart many times but nothing
then i disconnect power then nothing then i remove hdd again nothing then i left it for 10 min after that its again working
i wana ask that is it h/d problem should i send it back to company ,
coz when its dead i cant do any thing,
plz advice experts, (Mr,Bandwidth i am looking specially fo rur answer),
