when db stuck then my 3 button restart dont work

Hi
1 problem i have seen , 2 times my db stuck its normal, no problem,
but i cant do 3 button restart, 2 times i tried then i have to switch off my reciver from back with on /off button, then i tried when my reciver was running good, then it goes to standby but it didnt restart,
plz guys any i dea when my db stuck ho wcan i restart without with on/off button, or it is safe and normal,
somaybe some 1 can explain

The 3 button method os not embedded in DM7020 because you have a switch in the back!
Three finger method is only for DM7000 NOT DM7020

and u helped ppl very much, oki thanx now i got it 1 more thing is that
if it stuck an di switch off from back so it is dangerous for reciver or i can do that when it stuck?
