There is no DreamUpLAN for the DM7020 and even for the DM7000 it's not recommended!

Goto http://www.dm7020.de and see how flashing is done

I agree with you that there is no more need of this DreamUp, but it's not true that there is no for DM7020.

how long dose it take to flash the 7020 ,trying to install hydra on it and its taking for ever over the lan.............

on normal lan 100mbit/s mine took 2 minutes via web interface
I also did it once with DreamUp7020 and it took 40minutes

This seems about right! Due to the size (16MB) serial flashing with DreamUp takes double the time of a DM7000!

Best and fastest method is via webinterface

I would only consider the DreamUp for 7020 the absolute last resort, the web interface is absolutly awsume.

DreamUp Lan was the old uplaod tool, replaced by DreamUp (with serial and network options).
