But it's all there in the log file! Read it from the bottom up, it's in plain text for God's sake! The nfi is built from three parts, first the secondary boot loader, then the root file system, then the root file system. The command is called "buildimage". The root file system is built as a jffs2 image from the rootfs-directory called using the command "mkfs.jffs2". And so on. It's right in front of you

The only problem is that the boot file system is built from a directory that is cleared after using it, so you will have to back a bit further to find where the handful of files that were stored in rootfs/boot came from. Or you could just re-use the boot.jffs2 file, as this file isn't deleted when the complete image is built.

I just added one plugin files (*.cfg and *.so) under /rootfs/usr/lib/tuxbox/plugins
then I ran the command mkfs.jffs2 for thr root part
I ran the cammand buildimage using the already available boot.jffs2 and the newly made rootfs.jffs2
but I can´t install the yielded image in USB using your superb tool ¨miniroot¨

I'm not supporting miniroot7020, remember

Anyway, I don't think this is a miniroot problem, but you might want to try to install it in flash just to be sure. Also, once in a while, using swap for temp space causes problems on my 7000. You might want to use the data partition instead, if you have room for the 30MB temp file.

To me it looks like you may have messed up the mkfs.jffs2 command somehow. For instance, the "--eraseblock=0x4000" argument is vital. Anything else, and it won't fit what the mtd driver (or miniroot7020, for that matter) expects. "-b" is also necessary, otherwise the filesystem will be built using the host byteorder (which is little-endian) while a big-endian file system is expected at the other end. So be sure to use the exact same options that are used in the automatic build.
