VCR Videorecording and Scart

Hello everybody,
I am a new holder of the DreamBox 7000 that I received with Enigma 1.07 and subsequently I updated to the 1.08_1 image. Now after the connection of it to the TV and to the VCR I noticed this problem that I hope to resolve through your help.

Connections
Dreambox TV scart -> TV scart
Dreambox VCR scart -> Akai VCR

When I switch on the Dreambox I get its image correctly on TV
When I switch on the VCR I don't get anything in input to the AV channel of the VCR making me impossible to record to a normal VHS tape the Satellite programs
Whe I push the Play button on the VCR I get correctly on TV the substitution of the output of the Dreambox with the output of the VCR.
Now I switch off the Dreambox. In this moment I would have on the AV channel of the VCR the output of the current TV channel, but this doesn't happen. This fact does not allow me to videorecord also the TV channels from AV. If I replace the Dreambox with my old Sat Decoder everithing works fine.

Where is the problem? There is some hardware problem with the scart of the dreambox that doesn't repeat on the AV input channel of the VCR the signals of the Dreambox or other appliances connected in fall through scart ?

Is it possibile to make something at software level with the /var_init/tuxbox/config/scart.conf config file ?

Does anybody can send me some good links where I can find info about the setting of the above lines/fields or can explain them to me? What is the meaning of the values of the fields is a1,v1,ecc (3,2,1..) ? I think that v1 stands for AV video 1 and a1 stands for AV audio 1. But how can I setup such a fields, for examples, what does it mean the values v1=3 or a1=1 ?
And what about the type of dvb or scart Nokia, sagem, philips ?

My problem is to record, on an analog VHS VCR, the transmissions of the dreambox when switched on and those of TV or of others connected appliances in fall when the dreambox is switched off.

I think the Enigma or the other images I tested (Hydra, RuDream, ecc) does not configure correctly the scart or I did not find the right configuration option. Please let me know where I am wrong.
