problem with low symbol rate

My problem with my 5620 is in scanning freq. with low symbol rate. Exactly
BN TV on Eutelsat 16E 12650 V 3255 ½ and NOVA TV on Amos1 11359 H
3350 ¾, is it any solution for this, I try manually to put freq. but I have signal and no picture. It’s Hydra image.

Hi i have the same problem with almost all images(Hydra,Gemini,Pli) but i must say that the newest original firmware of Dream for DM500S solves this problem. But i don't want original firmware(NO EMU).

It's strange why programmers won't fix this irritating problem while it has already been fixed by Dream
