DM7000 - where can one buy one?

Being a recent migrant to Australia, I'm not sure on what to buy. I have seen ad's on numerous website on the DM7000 and was seriously considering this option. However, I'm not sure what can be done with it.

Would the experts here say that this receiver would be the best way to go? I'm looking into buying a motorized dish pointing system later and want to buy a receiver that is capable of communicating with the pointing system.

Also, which is a better provider - Austar or Foxtel? Being in the Melbourne area, does that change my options?

The same as any other receiver + much more,many encryption systems with softcam and card share option

Yes more options and will work with motor no problem

You can only have whats available to your area - Fox city and Austar for rural areas
