dreambox stopped help

Excused have a big problem.acquired a Db5620 and as lately I am left in the dark, I have looked for to put some new light bulb (image). After some attempt with any light bulbs she/he/it/you thunders, at a certain point, with the same dreaUm 5620 program that first worked, the [db] not from more the connection and the display of the [db] remains with the writing 5600 [boot].
And then, I have extinguished the all and after a rest night, this morning does again the same attempts but nothing to do. Does foresees that the connection has been effected with modem [null] [serial] and that I have been effect all the procedures for the manual reset, and that is first attempt holding the [superior key pressed;in accordance with pressing the two arrows and third arrows and [power].
Some knows how to point out me some road that me first hands to the life and then to the light.

It seems to me that this guy used an online translator, to translate his post from italian. That's when you get those funny results. 'Flashing an Image' is 'put a new lightbulb'.. cool..Anyway, If we write something in english, he'll probably translate it back into Italian, which still doesn't make sense.
What can I say dude!? Things Should work, just read everything you can. (and don't use online translation..).

the problem is that with the serial cable modem [null] is not connected then she/he/it/you doesn't be able behaviour other that bring the [db] to the assistance

A Nullmodem cable is standard equipment for all Dreambox owners
Go and get one
