scam on sf 106
this is with Sf106 image installed:
on my PC:
first I get the scam0815_0507[1].tar.gz and unzip it -I thing this is the most
recent release.From this file I will need cW_servers ,scam, and seca2.
After that I get the scam-cs-sf0208.zip because it contains var/bin var/tuxbox
var/keys var/scam directories and so I see where to put what.in this file and
in the var/bin I find evocamd-1kb and emudnew-186kb.emudnew I figure is the
same as scam file from the scam0815_0507[1].tar.gz file.So I replace the
emudnew with scam.then I edit the evocamd file,replacing the word "emudnew"
with the word "scam".done with the bin folder.in the directory keys I copy the
file seca2 and so it contains it along with irdeto,nagra,seca,via that already
were in it.
done with the keys folder. I copy the file cW_servers from the scam0815_0507
[1].tar.gz to the scam folder of the unzipped scam-cs-sf0208.zip.done with the
scam folder. finally I goto tuxbox\config and edit emulist.xml repacing the
word "EVOCAMD" with "scam".with these folders ready I copy their contents to
the dbox.
I ftp the dbox and copy scam and evocamd to var/bin
I close the browser.
then I telnet the dbox and this is what goes on:

/var/bin > reboot
after the reboot again I ftp to the dbox and copy teh folders keys scam and
tuxbox from my PC to the var folder of the dbox.
again I reboot but from the remote control this time...
after that, I connect to the net download byksat keys and that's it!
Only that,I can see the scam appear in the emucams menu but when I choose it
it doesn.t initiate.
All this is surely a stupid approach,but I could't find any advice how to
proceed with manual installation of softcams.Maybe a guide from you guys who
built images would help many of us newbies interact with our dboxes
