DM5620 and Pixalation and Missing Channels

Hi,

I have got DM5620 and my problems is.. my box is pixalating almost all channels.. I have VBox Position and 3mtr. C -band dish. I am trying watch Zee and other Free to Air channels from AsiaSat3S. I tried 3 box Nokia, Humax and Strong they are all works fine.. but DM5620 doesn't want to work properly not even for ZeeMusic which is free to air. I tried Nadkelly , Hydra-Zenith-HydraSateez and Hydra-Dianne but same problem.

Also DM5620 doesn't want to scan few channels for example SABTV which is free to air , and some of the chineese channels.. but other 3 box are scanning them prefect and no problem.. I rescanned my DM for more than 50 times and check each freq. one by one.. everything is same. I am sick of this shit box now.

I brought it from WSM Enterprice.. ie. RicksGadget.. from Mr. Rick and I called him a week ago and he suggested that try to do loop through using Nokia & Dreambox.. Also. He suggested that it might be because dreambox is not supplying enough power to LNB and when you do loop though.. other box i.e Nokia will be supplying power to dreambox so everything should be fine..and I did same thing as we suggested. but not luck though there was 10% improvement but still pixalation was there as it is.. and still it doesn't wanna scann those channels.. not eve FreeView which Promo Channel for Bluekiss and. Malibu.

I browsed through different forums regarding same problem.. and people are suggesting that its a dreambox tuner.. something to do with tuner.. may be its faulty tuner or something wrong with power supply...I explained same thing to Mr. Rick ( WSM Enterprice..AKA. RicksGadgets.com) and Now he is asking me to post on this forums and ask for advise on image i.e. WHICH IMAGE IS BEST for C-Band disk to watch FreetoAir Channel from AsisSat3s??? if anyone can help me out..Also Mr. Rick said that because its C-Band he can't give me any support on this or nothing.. Shelly ( girl who works at WCM.. RicksGadget) said that DreamBox tuner have only 2 condition i.e Either it WORKS or Doesn't WORK at all.. and I said well mine is not working then she said..it is working because you getting "PICTURE WITH PIXALATION" and hence nothing wrong with box.. but its software.. so keep trying different image or.. ask someone on this forums for best image? and as you have C-band we can't do anything else..and also she said that if you want support from us then go and buy Ku Band disk and try on Foxtel or Austar..so now ..to get support from them I will have to buy Ku-Band this..

Guys... my advise is if you have C-Band dish then better not to go for RicksGadgets.. because they can't handle support for that..
Anyway.. that was my sad story of DM5620..

is there anyone out how can suggest me Image, Action which is feasible ie. other than to buy KU-band disk and get support from Mr. Rick.?

i read your thread with surprise as normally you should be able to configure your LNBF manually and there you can configure the power usage. The next would be the area to scan, I use 11300 in all 3 fields and it works fine here.

btw: Pixelation is sometimes a problem, contact dreammedia.de and tell them about your problem as they will inform Mr. Rick about this problem and if you return it to Germany it will be fixed and send back.

I have tried my 5620 on C Band veiwing Zee TV - No problem using Hydra Dianne

P.S Why did you buy a 5620 locally if your brother works for DMM and you imported your 8000's ??
