No signal on my 500s

Hi everybody,,,,

the few days i was having a problem that my dm 500 woudnt search all the channels. So i thought it my be my dish that needs to be corrected. But no i dont have any signal on it. i have tryde to reinstall the firmware. im running Gemini project 4.31

any suggestions?

Have you tried with a new power supply? I have had a few that have gone bad, and one error that I got was exactly what you describe.
