DM500 locking up on record

I hae a DM500 with hydra image.

Once I have mounted a drive on my LAN and hit the record button on the web interface to the DM500, it locks up.

I have to reboot the 500 before continuing.

I have tried 2 mounts on 2 different PC's but the same problem.

Can anyone help?
