Which image to use for the new HW DM500? i have flash almost evry image that lies around but nothing. Any help?

No unofficial software supports the tuner yet. You can try to copy the head.ko file from the official working image into another one, as this is, amongst other things, also the tuner driver

Try this: http://www.mpw.hu/dbw/dm500/new-dm500-cvs+camd3.zip
Use DreamUp for DM500, from DM official site and select serial connection. Do an erase first. It's slow but is better than nothing for now. You must put a more current camd3.keys after if you like..

I found head.ko , what is the filename of tuner driver?
How we can copy these files to another image ? Before or after flashing ? If we flash a wrong one we may loose communication with box..

I'm running the adapted Gemini on my DM500/Alps with great success. Everything I have tried works as expected.

The new remote control for DM500/Alps is far better than the previous one.
