DM500 ... Don't work

My DM500 simply don't work anymore when arrive to system TV setting menu

I have tried with some emu images and it crash's when arrive this to this menu (the first), whith oficial image don't appear any menu the box simply crash's.
The remote is fine because works with my DM-7000...
I have flash with Dreamup and i put 1st erase.img, i disable LAN on Dreamup...
I don't know what more i can do

IF someone can help i apreciate

If it's still under warranty simply send it to your retailer to check it!
