DM500 + Hydra + NFS mount: How to record?

Hello,
I have the last hydra firmware in a dm500 and an NFS mount to /hdd.
The directory movie is created there. I can record from the web interface, but how can I record from the remote control without using the computer ?

press info. press it again.
(you should be looking at the program description...)
press green... (you are now in the timer)
select save_to_nfs , adjust any other settings you might need.
press green again to confirm...
that's it.
to stop, just change to a channel in a different transponder...

btw:
Do you get errors in your recordings when you record to nfs?
what nfs server are you using?
what settings are you using for NFS?

Thank you for your response.
I gave up with hydra and tried gemini 104 for DM500. The control panel of hydra is much better but.... Sorry, for being so impatient...

In the gemini, from the quickaccess button you can select DVR and then you have the 6 buttons of a video recorder that DM70xx has. The problem now is that the 4 first the colour keys are ok, the last 2 keys (black & red) where are they mapped in this small remote control ?

I am using the linux nfs server that exists in slackware with the following options in /etc/exports: (rw,insecure,all_squash,anonuid=99,anongid=98,sync ) and I will be able to tell you for sure when I will be able to record something from this tiny DB.

for gemini, the procedure is the same as above.

under normal contidions you don't have access to the rec and stop buttons with a db500.
so you have to use the described method.
(unless you edit a file somewhere in the DB, and Re-assign the bottom keys : < and > to REC and STOP)...
