An dead box!

Please help.
I flashed my box with the ned 16.12 ,after the boot up i pushed the upper button to make an flash earse then the box display got blank and nothing happend. I took off the power and put it again on, the light form the display got on but the display stay blank.
I tryed to flash it again but didn't get a conection with the null-modem cable.

What can I do?

no communication possible?

it is a prob in the boot loader, better send to your dealer

sorry to say it is the bootloader , you have to send ur receiver to the nearest maintainence agency
