How do I assemble my PEER?

So that it can connect other user with me, I must assemble my PEER and pass on for them.

And here has I mean doubts:

PEER = my address/my haven/my spider name/ those things it are okay,

but from where I /password/keys takes and which for a meaning the two have?

Its MY peer for all user with which is I kontackt,identical ?
