yes i have checked it right now and i zapped to all showtime channels without a problem it seems that EPG is the problem

First of all, I want to thank Michelangelo and the Hydra team for their support especially that the problem is local to Showtime Arabia users.

Yes Michelangelo, as you and others have mentioned, it might be just an EPG incompatibility problem. However, if this incompatibility is not handled correctly, it may cause the hanging, crashing and restarting we are experiencing.

Any way, if team Hydra are looking into our problem then I am sure it is about to be solved.

Now, Does anybody here knows how to "dump the EIT packet"?

If not, can Michelangelo please explain to us how to do it?

To dump the EIT - load dvbsnoop on the dreambox (there are many copies on the SI) and run

./dvbsnoop 0x12

you can break as soon as it starts as its the heading bytes I want... here is what it should look like

If you count the bytes to the second 4F - it should be 14 (This example is a bad one as the 4F is in position 13) If this is the case, then I need the 'Original Network ID' from the "Dream->Info->Stream Info" so I can try accomodate the fix

Is it possible for you to modify one of the images (i.e. Hydra) and upload it here because i didn't understand your advise at all.

Unfortunately not :-( I need the info so I can modify enigma to accomodate the changes (if my theory is correct). I can do it myself if someone allows me to telnet to a dreambox that is on Showtime
