Re: Mount Manager problem
I didn't do the ping test, however, when I tried your suggestion above it definately showed up on the mount manager as being successful, so I'm guessing the dreambox could see the NAS, it's just that it wouldn't allow me to access either my local HDD or the NAS; essentially, when I went into file mode on the dreambox my system probably didn't know if I wanted the local HDD or my NAS.
Do I need to create another directory within the local HDD (i.e. /hdd/NAS) and mount this subdirectory to a directory within the NAS (i.e. /dm7000)? so that I have something similar to the following:
Description - Blank
Filesystem Type - 1
Auto Mount - not selected
Client Directory - /hdd/NAS
Server Directory - dm7000 (this is a subdirectory within my NAS that I have dedicated to the dreambox)
IP: - 10.0.0.13 (IP address of NAS)
User Name: - guest
Password: - guest
Options: - rsize=4096,wsize=4096
Thanks for your help
