New MR firmware

WORKING 100% MATRIX MAGIG AND A LOT OF RECEIVERS

Multi Emulator for sidsa based modules and receivers (Xtreme, @sat, magic module, matrix etc.)

This program emulates conax and seca2, it's a standalone emulation and does not support any type of card.
It's mostly for people who have an emulation firmware where conax/seca2 is not included, for example
in my case, the @sat emu-firmware running in an xtreme str.

Installation:

- Remove any card from the module/receiver.
- Clear the flash.
- Write MultiEmu.bin to the flash, starting from address 0.
- Restart the receiver or plugin the module.

Known issues:
- When switching to a conax channel, it takes about 5 seconds before the first picture starts,
this is due to the decryption algorithm, I have a few ideas, so this might be better in a next version.

- During decoding of a conax channel, the MultiEmu menu acts very slow, same problem.

- I don't know yet how to write to the flash directly from the program, so every time
you turn on the receiver, you have to upload the latest keys in case they have changed.

Key updates:
- Currently there is no auto-update, need some extra information for that :-)
Updating keys is possible through a simple smartcard and the me_upd program,
put me_upd.hex in the flash of the smartcard and the keys in the internal eeprom,
read the me_upd.txt file for information.
Put the smartcard in the module/receiver and the keys will be uploaded.

to all please the file here is not supporting any card and there no menu to add

a new keys and also is not supporting other encryption like viaccess nagra...

so before you upgrade your cam think you will lose all others encryptions and also is not working with echostar receivers

there are some receivers that do not work very well or at all, i eill upload a list of those receivers.

this file has not finished yet and we are working on it still.

what about eM-tech200 with starsat 2.49 firmware. Anything we could do with that?

@loopi mate i have not tested it in that receiver, but if you have cass2 then you can try and if you are and it works then very good,if not just go bock to MR110

my Xtreme box is 5 years old, most of the channels dont have names only numbers, so i think i need to up grade the channel list, any help is appreceated,
