convert TS-files to MPEG/VOB

I have Project-X 0.81.6 compiled Needed to convert TS-files to MPEG/VOB and Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE) 1.4.2 Needed for Project-X but I cant use for convert TS to mpeg .
How I can use that?

i use pvastrumento 2.1 pre 11. works fine with TS files to demux (also for ac3 audio tracks!)

no need to compile, it's for winXp
