dreamvcr and hard programming

Hi I have in my dreambox dreamflash 1.2 in official 1.07_2 and on usb PP 2212 and rudream1412, and dreamvcr1.3a.

but in both pp or rudream, dreamvcr doesn't any channels, little hard to program anything

btw could I program timer by telnet ?
It would be very useful if I am away and near some computer.
