openDBedit 3

DreamBoxForNewbies

OK, here it is...

The first release of openDBedit 3 (based on LlamaWares DreamBoxEdit)

As this is a new release and may contain bugs, please backup your Service Lists before using openDBedit 3

Quote:
openDBedit Version Info
V3.0.0
New in 3.0.0
- I will continue the development of DreamBoxEdit where LlamaWare left off..
Thanks for the Source Code.. Old Source Copyright 2003-2007 LlamaWare
- Changed the name to OpenDBedit to reflect the changeover in developers
- Updated Telnet Command Prompt when you click on Version 3 settings
- Updated Graphics - Thanks to xaminator!
- Able to edit TID & NID in the details screen without changing every channel on that TP
- Added DishPro conversion. It will change displayed services to DishPro format.
- Added Legacy conversion. It will change the displayed services to Legacy format.
- Changed Services Import and Export to semicolon delimited file instead of TAB delimited.
It will actually properly modify services on import, not just add new services
- Clicking on the openDBedit graphic on the main screen will let you check for updates,
go to the openDBedit thread on DBFN or read the Version notes (what your reading now)
-

Tips and known issues with the 7025:
- In DreamBoxEdit you must specify the correct paths on the 7025.
You can do this very easy with the "Defaults for 7025" button on the options panel.
- You have to enable "Multibouquet" on the 7025 in order to be able to see your bouquets
- The DreamBoxEdit ZAP command fails because the 7025 webinterface does not yet exists

V3.0.5
Quote:
New in 3.0.5
- Just readded fixes and features from the last several versions du to loss of source code
- Updated Graphics
- Added renumber to SID. They way this works, it will set the channelnumber to the SID number
This runs only if you select some services. It also prompts for a number to add to the
channelnumber.. Ie. Select all services, select 0 to add to the renumber, then select
individual sats and select all again and add 1000 or so to the renumber if you have duplicate
SID's (ie. Dish and Bev)

V3.0.4
New in 3.0.4
- Able to turn Grid Lines of displays on and off now.
- Fixed the Compare Services display screen. (Most entries showed up in red)

V3.0.3
New in 3.0.3
- When double clicking a row in the details screen, focus will shift to the services screen so that it is highlighted.
The selected row in the services screen should be more visible now.
- Able to change IP address on the FTP screen temporarily without affecting the saved profiles. (Happy now?)

V3.0.2
New in 3.0.2
- Fixed problem with the service detail screen. Made most of the fields readonly
again. To move services between transponders, just change the TP ID field.
The other TP details for that service will automatically change once the service
list has been saved and reopened. The only downside is, that you will get an error
if the service is used in any bouquets.. (just ignore and re-add your service to
the bouquets of your choice) More help is available on the actual form.

V3.0.1
New in 3.0.1
- Added Channel#, Audio, Video, PCR & AC3 ID Fields to the Compare screen now
- Able to edit all Transponder Data in service edit now
- Updated Language pack and included with distribution
- New Graphics
