Who stole my menu?

This only started 2night - 10/08.

On loading of some pages, at random i receive this error instead of the header logo and menu.

Parse error: parse error, expecting `T_STRING' or `T_VARIABLE' or `T_NUM_STRING' in /home/satindus/public_html/forums/global.php(318) : eval()'d code on line 39

Directly below is the working directory shown, followed by section list.

As i said, is only randmoly happening?? Bit of troubleshooting. As far as i can tell, only in IE6
