Cheers Scooter and Topcat for your encouraging replies

This is the only sub card that i've got, so i'll keep trying and trying and hopefully some divine intervention gets this rebellious 1.9 card cracked.

When i used IRD2Calc in xp it was kinda strange. From a clean boot to xp, if i run the program once then click connect, i get a "No programmer found" message. I then quit the program and restart it and click on connect again, then the buttom right text box turns pink and gives out these numbers and most of the easy stuff like HSN, etc come up in the left side. Having clicked on the ACS1.9 button, i get a string of zeros, which change to proper hex values. Strange thing is that 9 out of the 10 bytes are changed and only 1 byte (the sixth one) didn't change. I wonder if these 9 bytes are valid. If so, i'd only need to trial and error the HMK 256 times heh

Oh also i used the 6mhz mode for ird2calc when i did that 6 hours ACS1.9 thing i described before. The longest i've done of the 3.5mhz mode using ird2calc is about 2 hours. Both gave that 9 out of 10 byte change thing.

Would getting a new sub card from foxtel help? Could just give an excuse and said i lost my card and then pay for a new one... or would that be identical to the current one i have?

Thanks for all your useful replies. Much appreciated.

Heard.
