Try these:

I will be attaching 3 .zip files all up

1. NDS.1
2. NDS.2 this .zip has 2 files (1 of them is a MS-DOS Batch File )
All will be zipped
3. NDS FAQ V1

You need both files (1 & 2) that have been uploaded to make the entire NDS .zip file.

Download both files, unzip both .zip files into a folder or desktop, then having the files in a folder or desktop double click on the MS-DOS Batch File which creates the NDS.zip file in full.

Getting posts that the NDS FAQ V1 file is passworded if you cant read it by downloading the 3rd file you will be able to view it (Going to need an online translater program).
