Hi,

i have been passed a dreambox 500-C from my brother-in-law

he hasnt used it for about a year, when he got it the guy he got it from set it up in his home for him

ive read a few posts on here and followed a guide that told me how to set up the network bit but it didnt work

i am using a crossover cable direct into dreambox but im not sure how to "talk" to the box from the PC

i am hoping to set it up on my virgin media connection


can you please help me!
