I'm sorry, but unless this a completely new version of Irdeto (which I doubt) then your data still looks partially corrupted.
The checksums are wrong. Compare these:-
TX Data : D2 00 03 00 01 3F
TX Data : D2 02 03 00 01 3E
They should by 0xEF and 0xED respectively.
In some cases the RX data is echoing the previous CS and in some cases echoing the INS. This is not normal.
Irdeto cmd headers are normally six bytes long (plus Checksum)
CLA INS p1 p2 p3 LL (CS)
It all seems a bit too strange.
