The extra files you need to run FMCard are:
Comdlg32.ocx
MSCOMCTL.OCX
mscomm32.ocx
RICHTX32.OCX
tabctl32.ocx
All are in the attached file. Download & unzip into the same folder as FMCard.exe, you don't need to register them.
